Representation of persons and entities such as financial institutions in estate and trust-related matters, including but not limited to representation of personal representatives, trustees, special administrators, conservators, guardians and attorneys-in-fact with regard to matters such as will contests, claims against estates, breach of fiduciary duty issues, trustee appointments and substitutions, disclaimer issues and trust modifications. Representation of persons and entities such as health care providers in protective proceedings matters including but not limited to Guardianships, and Conservatorships.
