We also provide assistance with title examination and certification; title insurance; zoning, subdivision and permitting requirements; and compliance with other federal, state, and local regulations affecting property development. In addition, we have litigation experience in foreclosure and condemnation proceedings as well as disputes involving real estate agreements and leases.
