Our involvement in these transactions frequently includes assistance with contract drafting and negotiation; assemblage and acquisition property assistance in financing arrangements during all stages of a project; and preparation of leases, covenants and other agreements necessary for the development, management and operation of apartments, condominiums, residential subdivisions, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial facilities and other properties. We also provide assistance with title examination and certification; title insurance; zoning, subdivision and permitting requirements; and compliance with other federal, state, and local regulations affecting property development. In addition, we have litigation experience in foreclosure and condemnation proceedings as well as disputes involving real estate agreements and leases.
