David E. Hodge

Mr. Hodge concentrates in the formation and general representation of various business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. He assists his clients with a wide range of issues, from lending and borrowing and other financial transactions to real estate acquisition and leasing and other corporate and commercial transactions.

• Mr. Hodge is a member of the Corporate, Banking and Securities Section of the South Carolina Bar and the Business Section of the American Bar Association. He has lectured in the areas of secured lending and lending documentation.
