Mark R. Holmes

Mr. Holmes joined Leatherwood Walker Todd & Mann, P.C. in 1976. He represents purchasers, sellers, developers and lenders in all types of real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on zoning and land use issues. He is an approved attorney and agent for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Title Insurance Company.

Mr. Holmes is a former middle-school teacher and basketball coach. His wife Nancy is a first grade teacher at Christ Church Episcopal School and they have two children, a son Bratton (Davidson College, 1998) and a daughter Walker (Dartmouth College, 2000). He is perhaps overly fond of hiking and often can be found somewhere on a mountain when time permits.

Mr. Holmes is actively involved with youth basketball programs at Christ Episcopal Church, Christ Church Episcopal School, and the Greenville YMCA for more than 25 years; former Chairman of the Cleveland Street YMCA Board of Trustees and the Greater Greenville YMCA Board of Trustees.
