Michele Fuller Lyerly

Ms. Lyerly is currently the Firm's Commercial Real Estate practice group leader.  Ms. Lyerly's practice is devoted primarily to the representation of developers, investors and users of commercial real estate in the acquisition, construction, financing, development, leasing and sale of shopping centers, office buildings and mixed-use developments.  Ms. Lyerly has signficant experience in the acquisition of land for large-scale retail and mixed-use developments and in the preparation and negotiation of retail anchor tenant leases.  Her experience also includes negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, joint venture agreements, easements, restrictive covenants, ground leases and retail and office leases.  Her practice also includes real estate financing such as new market tax credit financing and tax-deffered exchanges.
