Kurt M. Rozelsky

Concentrating in civil litigation, Kurt primarily represents insurance companies and business entities in litigation matters. The majority of Kurt’s practice is devoted to insurance and tort litigation, including the defense of products liability, transportation (truck and automobile) accidents, professional liability, premises liability, and other cases being defended by insurance carriers. Kurt is also active in pursuing and defending insurance coverage disputes.
Kurt is the Team Leader of the firm’s Products Liability practice group and is also a member of the firm's Transportation group. Kurt also serves as the Vice-Chair of the firm's Litigation Group.
Kurt is married to Pam Milford Rozelsky and has two children.

He has also been active with Leadership Greenville Board of Regents, Greenville Literacy Association, Compass of Carolina, Inc. and the Upstate South Carolina University of Virginia Alumni Association.

Kurt has authored numerous articles on transportation and products liability issues, including Kill the Messenger and the Message, Ethical Dilemmas That Arise in Trucking Litigation from a Lack of Client Cooperation in Discovery, American Bar Association, The Brief, Fall 2004. Kurt has also spoken at the ABA Transportation Mega Conference and the Trucking Industry Defense Association Annual Seminar.

Accolades- While in law school, Kurt was Executive Notes Editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. In 1999, Kurt was selected Greenville Magazine's Best & Brightest Under 35 and has recently been named to the Best Lawyers in America, 2008, for Product Liability and Personal Injury Litigation.
