Jack H. Tedards, Jr. (Ted)

Mr. Tedards represents several prominent commercial real estate developers, for whom he handles a variety of legal matters, including development agreements, complex restrictive covenants, contracts, sales and acquisitions, financing, commercial leases, and general issues facing any small business.

Mr. Tedards also specializes in appellate litigation. He has handled more than forty appeals in the South Carolina Supreme Court and Court of Appeals and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. These appeals have involved a variety of subjects, including commercial contracts, constitutional law, and general litigation.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. Tedards worked in computer software design with Bell Laboratories.
